Vendor Guidelines
& Agreement
Each space will be $75.00 and consist of an area of 10 ft. x 10ft. There is nothing else provided.

(1) 8 ft. table and (2) chairs can be rented for $10.00 per set. We have several sets available and you are welcome to rent as many sets as you would like.
​
Electricity is available for booths. There is a $45.00 fee for electricity access. This is a fee that is set by the facility and is not in our control.
​
Spaces are not to be shared between businesses. Each business will need their own space.
​
Early Move-in is available on Friday, October 27, 2023 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm for a $20 fee.
​
Move in starts at 8:00 am on Saturday, October 28, 2023. All vendors are to be set up no later than 10:00 am the day of the show. For safety reasons, nobody will be able to set up after the doors open to the public.
​
Display breakdown is strictly prohibited during shopping hours. Your area may be broken down during the move out period on Saturday, October 28, 2023 between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
​
All vendors will keep their space garbage free during the Harvest Holiday Bazaar. Do not use community trash receptacles to offload large boxes or unused product.
​
No pets allowed.
Absolutely no refunds for any fees will be issued after July 31, 2023.

Harvest Holiday Bazaar is not responsible for any vendors person or product. All vendors should have insurance to cover any damage or incidents
